At Walser Contracting Ltd., we utilize Hilti PS 1000 Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Radiodetection RD7100 to scan concrete up to 12 inches thick. This device gives us a real-time view of the inside of the concrete structure and also generates accurate images for immediate on-site evaluations. The display provides a top view and cross-section of the scan in both 2D and 3D, which allows for easy object mapping and multilayer identification. The compact, all-in-one design of this device allows for smooth operation, along with unmatched data visualization, which means we can inspect hundreds of square meters of concrete in a day.
